In late October, Nathaniel A. Dunford, MSW, has joined the ATS communications and marketing department as its senior writer/editor. Mr. Dunford brings to the Society many years of experience as a medical writer, editor and researcher. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, he worked at the New York Times Magazine before leaving his job as production editor to become a job coach for Project Life, Inc., where he provided on-the-job training and advocated for developmentally disabled adults in mainstream employment, while also earning his masters degree from Hunter College’s School of Social Work. Mr. Dunford’s medical writing experience includes more than a decade of working for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare communications agencies.
