New Journal Disclosure Process

To streamline the format and ensure that readers are seeing the authors’ unedited disclosures, beginning with the December 1st issue of the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, the disclosure forms submitted by each author will be accessible via a link from each article at http://ajrccm.atsjournals.org. The disclosure statements will no longer appear at the end of the articles; however, a summary of author disclosures will continue to appear at the end of the print and online versions of official ATS statements and guidelines.

These changes will be made in the American Journal of Respiratory Cell and Molecular Biology and Proceedings of the American Thoracic Society in 2012; until then author disclosures will continue to appear at the end of the PDF and HTML versions of the articles.
