Dr. Zeitlin Wins Elizabeth A. Rich Award

Pamela Zeitlin, MD, PhD

The ATS Membership Committee has named Pamela Zeitlin, MD, PhD, of Johns Hopkins University, the 2012 recipient of the Elizabeth A. Rich, MD, Award.

The award is presented on behalf of Elizabeth A. Rich, MD, a respected ATS member, mentor, and colleague who died tragically at the age of 46.

Attendees of the International Conference are invited to attend the Women’s Forum at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 21. At the forum, which includes lunch, Dr. Zeitlin will speak and a panel of female medical professionals will talk about work-life balance. Though there is no cost, advance registration for the Forum is suggested. The Women’s Forum is supported by an educational grant from Merck.
