Early Career Professional Virtual Summer Workshop Series

Now available! Access more than 25 new workshops as part of the Virtual Fellows Track Symposium and Virtual Boot Camp Summer Workshop series covering adult and pediatric pulmonary, critical care and sleep topics.   All workshops are available for viewing via the ATS Virtual ECP Education Hub. Apply now for your research to be considered in the 2020 ATS Research Program grant cycle!  The ATS Research Program advances the fight against respiratory diseases by providing funding for junior investigators, and partners with other nonprofit organizations and pharmaceutical companies to maximize the number of grants. The ATS reviews all grants and assumes all costs associated with administrating the grants.

Apply Now! 2020 ATS Fellow Application Deadline Approaching

The deadline to apply to be a 2020 ATS Fellow is approaching! The designation is a mark of distinction that recognizes the accomplishments, dedication, and contributions of ATS members to the Society and the fields of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.

If you have been an ATS member for five or more years, consider applying. Applicants must complete an application and submit two letters of reference in addition to a personal statement.

The 2020 ATS Women’s Forum is fast approaching, and ATS leaders Polly Parsons, MD, ATSF; Lynn Schnapp, MD, ATSF; and M. Patricia Rivera, MD, ATSF are ready to answer your questions! Submit your questions to Jennifer Marotta Collin, director of membership, for a chance to have it answered during the forum!

Center for Career Development

The Members in Transition and Training Committee is looking for proposals with a focus on career development to be scheduled in the Center for Career Development (CCD) at ATS 2021! The CCD is a forum designed for trainees and other early-career ATS attendees.  Submissions by early career members or submissions that feature early career members as speakers or panelists are strongly encouraged.

Deadline: 5 p.m. ET, Sept. 15, 2020
