COVID-19 Real-Time Learning Network Survey

The ATS is requesting your participation in a brief survey to help the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and its partner organizations in planning the next phase of the COVID-19 Real-Time Learning Network and in supporting clinicians in their overall response to COVID-19.

This survey, being conducted by IDSA and Mathematica, a research firm, will take just a few minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous; your answers will be reported only in combination with other respondents.

To access the survey, click on the link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LS7QRNZ  and type the password: COVID

As a member of the health care community, you are well-positioned to offer feedback on this important effort.  As a thank you, the first 850 clinicians to respond will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

If you have any questions about the survey, please feel free to email cliniciancovidneeds@mathematica-mpr.com or Chris Michaels, the lead on this project.
