Patient Voices 9: From Disparities to Hope

The ATS has launched, “Patients Voices 9: From Disparities to Hope,” a collection of patient stories describing their treatment journeys with respiratory diseases. This year, the stories also highlight barriers to health care access as experienced by patients from minority populations.

ATS Patient Voices is an annual publication by the ATS Public Advisory Roundtable (PAR). Since 2001, ATS PAR has been a core component of the Society, representing patients and collaborating with the ATS to advance their shared educational, research, patient care, and advocacy goals.

Database for Basic and Translational Science Presenters

The ATS Working Group for PhD, Basic, and Translational Scientists has created a database of lung researchers, primarily junior, who are available to deliver virtual seminars.

You can use this database to populate open slots on your divisional or departmental seminar series to support these young scientists. You may also add your own name to the database so you can be contacted as well. This is a great way for our ATS community to support ongoing professional development of our junior members.
