Data from 2013 submitted by industry on payments to physicians is now available for review and correction by physicians. To review the data, and make any needed corrections, physicians must both register and review the industry submitted data by August 27, 2014. The data will be released to the public on September 30, 2014.
To register, physician must complete the e-verification system at CMS Enterprise Portal (https://portal.cms.gov/wps/portal/unauthportal/registration) andregister in the "Open Payments" within the CMS portal. All discrepancies with industry data must be reported by August 27, 2014.
