ATS Testifies Before Senate EPW on Climate Change

ATS member Mary Rice, M.D. testified before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee on the respiratory health effects of climate change. Dr. Rice's testimony focused on 4 climate-related respiratory health issues: 1) heat waves and mortality; 2) increased heat and ozone formation; 3) climate change and forest fires/grassland fires; and 4) climate change and an extended pollen season.
