New Trials Listed on ATS Clinical Trial Resources Site
Three new currently recruiting trials by AstraZeneca were listed on the ATS Clinical Trial Resources page. The goal of this page is to connect the ATS community to current, ongoing clinical trials in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine being conducted by participating pharmaceutical and device companies.
MAHALE is a Phase III research study to test the hypothesis that benralizumab, an eosinophil depleting antibody, will reduce exacerbation rates compared with placebo on top of standard-of-care therapy in adult patients with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis with eosinophilic inflammation.
MANDARA is a Phase III study in patients with relapsing or refractory EGPA on corticosteroid therapy with or without stable immunosuppressive therapy.
NATRON is multicenter, randomized, double-blind (DB), parallel-group, placebo-controlled, 24-week Phase III study to compare the efficacy and safety of benralizumab versus placebo administered by SC injection Q4W in patients with hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES).
Please visit the ATS Clinical Trial Resources page to learn more about these trials or contact Dayna Howell for additional information.
