ATS Research Program, 4DMedical Grant Opportunities
The ATS Research Program and 4DMedical, a global medical technology company, are offering three research grant opportunities with a focus on lung health.
With a total grant support of $150,000, each of the three $50,000 grants will fund research in asthma, COPD, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
All three grants, which are for one year, will use 4DMedical’s x-ray velocimetry lung ventilation analysis software.
A New Way for Federal Employees to Support the ATS!
Now through Jan. 15, 2021, federal employees can make a tax-deductible gift to the ATS Research Program through the Combined Federal Campaign—Medical Research Charities, the world's largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign for federal employees!
To give through the 2020 Combined Federal Campaign, visit https://cfcgiving.opm.gov/welcome and search for: American Thoracic Society, CFC Number 81528.
Not a federal employee? There are still easy ways to give! You can support the ATS every time you shop on Amazon when you make the ATS your preferred charity, with AmazonSmile, which will donate a percentage of your purchases to the ATS.
Your generosity helps find cures for respiratory diseases and builds a future where we can all breathe better!
Share Your COVID-19 Stories
ATS members have been answering calls to address surges in COVID-19 critical care cases, while simultaneously creating resources for the broader pulmonary community, since the beginning of this year. In such a short time, this unprecedented experience has drastically changed our knowledge of the pandemic and brought new ideas and innovations to the forefront.
To help guide future crisis planning, research pursuits and critical care protocols, we want to hear your story. It is our hope that by collecting these stories, we can both preserve some of the lessons learned, and connect our members with one another as the fight against COVID-19 continues.
Share your story, and learn more.
