ATS Joins AMA in Comments on Physician Sunshine Reporting

The ATS joined the American Medical Association and over 100 other medical organizations in a letter to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regarding proposed changes to the "physician sunshine" reporting requirements. HHS is proposing a number of changes to the reporting requirements that, if implemented, could impede the development of CME accredited events.
