Court Says Challenge to EPA Carbon Rule is Premature

Also this week, a federal judge dismissed the state of Nebraska's court challenge to EPA's proposed rule to regulate carbon emissions from power plants. The judge ruled that Nebraska's challenge of a proposed carbon rule was premature and that the courts should allow EPA to move forward with a final rule before entertaining any legal challenges.
