ATS Joins Letter Supporting NIOSH Funding

The ATS joined over a 140 organizations in a letter to House and Senate Appropriator urging them to provide maximum funding for the National Institutes of Occupational Safety and Health at CDC. The letter urged Congressional leaders to accept the $341.1 million recommended in the House appropriations bill. The letter strongly praised the research and training programs supported by NIOSH and noted the important role NIOSH plays in improving workplace safety in the U.S.
