ATS Partners with Friends of NIEHS, Michael J. Fox Foundation on Congressional Briefing
This week, the ATS co-sponsored an educational briefing for congressional staff on Capitol Hill with the Friends of NIEHS, which the ATS co-chairs, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation on the role of environmental exposures in the development of neurological diseases. The briefing featured NIEHS research on environmental links to neurological diseases including autism, schizophrenia and Parkinson’s Disease. Briefing speakers included:

- Avraham Reichenberg, PhD, professor of psychiatry, Icahn School of Medicine, NY
- Caroline Tanner, MD, PhD, professor of neurology, UCSF
