Court Says Kids and Climate Case Can Continue
This week, the 9th Circuit Court denied the federal government’s request to dismiss a case where 21 children are suing the federal government for allegedly endangering them and future generations by failing to address climate change. While the 9th Circuit court decision is silent on the merits of the case, its decision does allow the case to move forward in the lower court.
