ATS Joins Letter Supporting Funding for CDC Tobacco Control Programs
This week, the ATS joined medical and public health organization in a letter to Congressional leadership urging them to provide $310 million for the CDC Office on Smoking and Health – a $100 million increase over current funding. The letter noted that the CDC’s efforts to track and prevent youth initiation are essential to responding to the recent increase in youth e-cigarette use.
