ATS Opposes BC/BS Decision to Call Electromagnetic Navigational Bronchoscopy Experimental
This week, the ATS and CHEST jointly submitted comments to BC/BS urging them to reconsider their decision to view electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopy as “experimental” and, therefore, not a coverage service. The joint ATS/CHEST comment provide guidance on the appropriate use of electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopy in the appropriate patient population.
