ATS Joins Health Groups in Urging FDA to Act on Menthol Cigarettes
This week, the ATS joined overs 60 medical and public health groups in a letter to FDA urging the agency to take swift action on menthol cigarettes. The letter noted that a citizen petition was filed over seven years ago asking FDA to issue a decision on menthol cigarettes and that the agency has yet to respond to the petition.
