Senate Working on COVID Relief Legislation
The House passed a COVID-19 relief package in June. The Senate is aiming to pass its COVID package by Aug. 10, after which Congress will go into recess until after Labor Day. The Senate’s COVID relief package is expected to include funding to restart scientific research delayed during the pandemic.
