ATS Briefing with NIEHS Director Rick Woychik, PhD
This week, the ATS, in collaboration with the Friends of NIEHS Coalition, hosted a meeting with NIEHS Director Rick Woychik, PhD to discuss the Institute’s research vision, opportunities and challenges. In his comments, Dr. Woychik outlined research initiatives in climate change and human health, environmental health disparities and environmental justice. Dr. Woychik also noted administrative challenges caused by Congress’s failure to complete the FY22 appropriations bill in a timely manner.
