Join us at the ATS Climate Change Rally on Capitol Hill
As part of the ATS 2023 International Conference in Washington, DC, the American Thoracic Society will be hosting a rally on Capitol Hill to urge action on climate change on Monday, May 22, at 7:30 p.m. ET. The purpose of the rally is to urge lawmakers and the Biden administration to take effective action against climate change.
The rally will take place on U.S. Capitol Grounds (on the Senate side) at the Robert A. Taft Memorial and Carillon, located at Constitution Ave. and New Jersey Ave. The site is walking distance from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. All ATS 2023 attendees are welcomed to join the ATS Clinicians for Clean Climate rally at 7:30 p.m. ET, with speeches beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
